Privacy notice

The interest form may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, preferred contact method, role, state or region, city, school or district context, grade ranges, interests, and an optional adoption timeline. We also record the privacy acknowledgement and your separate optional marketing preference.

Please do not submit a student name, health information, emergency information, or other sensitive details. The form is for product-interest conversations, not student records or urgent school-day support.

We use your information to understand interest in Guardian Tracker, respond to your request, and coordinate follow-up with the appropriate team. If you separately opt in to optional updates, that preference is recorded independently from the required acknowledgement.

Submitting the form does not sign you up for optional marketing. We do not sell personal information.

We use service providers to host the site, store registration information, authenticate authorized staff, and deliver transactional email. These providers process information to support the service and are not given permission to use it for their own marketing.

We use access controls for staff tools and take reasonable steps to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You can choose not to submit optional fields and can leave the optional update checkbox unchecked. To correct or request removal of an interest registration, reply to a Guardian Tracker confirmation email. You may also withdraw optional update consent by replying to a message from us.

We retain interest information while it is useful for responding and coordinating follow-up. When it is no longer needed, it may be deleted or de-identified, subject to applicable legal obligations.

We may update this notice as the product and the interest process evolve. The current version will be posted on this page with its latest update date.
